I'm having a great time at Brick Scout camp.
We set up our campsite in a great location, close to the lake.
We have to chop all of our own wood,
and cook our meals over a campfire.
Our Scoutmaster taught us the proper rules for knife safety.
I've also learned to tie different knots.
I earned my Nature merit badge,
and learned a saying: "Leaves of three, let it be."
It's not all work, though. A guy in my patrol brought a soccer ball so we could play.

My favorite area is the waterfront. There's swimming,
fishing,
and canoing.
Last night we roasted marshmellows and told ghost stories around the campfire.
It's been so much fun. I wish I could stay here all summer long.
Your son,
Bruce
