If this were available right now, I would buy a lot of them. The minifig is universally useable. Also, all parts are extremely useful for buildings and landscaping.

Thanks for al the nice comments. Indeed, there are only 4 levels to my city. Obviously I thought about having more, but at the given footprint 4 levels is best. This is a great MOC.
I like the stair, realistic rock and the really nice landscaping. But the minifigs are the best: a lot of things going on on al sides.
