Re: Less minifigs, horses and saddles in sets (every season)

Hello! I have a solution here: Lego could print a genaric barding piece with less distinct heraldry that could be used by any of their numerous armies. That's the only way you'll ever see barding for your old factions. That Would be great!! although I don't think TLG would do that. But we can always...

Re: Less minifigs, horses and saddles in sets (every season)

Hello!

Back in the day even some Cart sets came with an additional saddle:
6011, 6022, 6038.

The recent Cart 7949 doesn't even come with an additional black 1×2 plate to fill in the back of the horse. That's cheap.

Re: Faction Naming

Hello! If I had known about that set when it came out (if even available in the states) I would have walked 1000 miles for it (being the first "Lion" faction and just getting into LEGO with minifigures). Back in 1980 hardly anybody knew about this set's existence. Lego used to have (and so...

Re: Faction Naming

Hello! Well, to name the current Kingdoms Lions "Lion-hearts" would be a bit confusing as there was a early Lion shield design that did have hearts on it, but the set was not released(not sure on this) or was a promo set or pre-production set. That's the one: http://www.brickshelf.com/gall...

Re: Your most purchased sets

Hello! I can understand what you're after though. With having three of the Forestmen River Fortress, I have a lot more slopes than before. Exactly. Black 75° slopes, Black Falcons, dark grey round shields. And most likely I'll never run out of grey wedge belt wheels... Another set I got multiples of...

Re: Legoland Castle T-shirt, 6102

Hello! Thanks a lot for the information, guys! I had actually expected this shirt to be a shop-at-home item, since usually stuff like this is sold at the gift shop at the Legoland, but there was no Legoland in the US in 1985. I don't recall this shirt (or any theme based shirt whatsoever) to be seen...

Legoland Castle T-shirt, 6102

Hello! Does anybody know, where and why this T-shirt was released? I got it from a seller in the US, but unfortunatelly some time ago, so I can't ask him for any specifics anymore. The shirt is a children's size and from the year 1985. The minifigs pictured are those from Minifigure pack 6102 . The ...

Re: The Decline of Lego Castle?

Hello! Welcome to the Castle world. My only question is this: Where in the Megablocks did my wife find a new Catapult Crusher (she will not tell).. does anyone know? If you mean by Catapult Crusher the set 6032 , it is an eleven years old set, out of stores for like eight to nine years. It's not imp...

Re: Weekly Set Review: Dwarves' Mine Defender

Hello! I'm not too impressed with this set. It's rather weird. How is it supposed to work anyway? The lone dwarf is pushing this huge heavy battering machine towards the enemy forces so that the scary bladed wheels at the front can grind their way through the opponent ranks? Really? And after that t...
