Re: castle entrance
Nice work, you've used alot of different colors to create seperate elements but the whole model works very well as a whole.

Re: Griffon's Castle
looks pretty cool, rebuilds of offical sets are always fun. The embelishments to the gatehouse came out really nice, and I also liked how this is sort of a combination of kings castle and black monarch's castle.

Re: Large Gatehouse for Huge Modular Castle
looking really good, nice work on the crenelations and the portcullis especially. Only critique I have is that I think you should place a few dark grey tiles here and there on the walls to give the gate house some more depth and texture. You've sort of done it with dark grey bricks, but I think the ...

very nice. I really like the windows on the stone tower, and the brown accents placed all around are really working nicely. The ruins are pretty well done as well. They look like an actual ruined building as opposed to an unfinished moc, which is sometimes hard to pull off. btw, did you ever play Ba...

well on brick link you're going to be able to find just about any piece in any color you could want, its also the cheaper option. pick-a-brick on lego.com is easier to navigate, and you'll be getting new pieces (brick link ones may be weathered a bit). However you're going to have a limited selectio...

Very nice work. They all look very well done. A question. On the Roman is that helmet the cap with a brown visor? Did not know they made those?

I thought I'd share some of historical minifigs I've built The images on flickr are tagged an explain exactly what each fig is supposed to be and the general time period- so those are probably the better images to look at. ancient era figs: flickr: http://www.flickr.com/photos/27802642@N07/329966619...

nicely done, great details, a very cool build over-all Though, I have to say this looks much more like a roman mausoleum than a temple. Mausoleums took a pretty wide range of architectual forms where as temples followed a pretty standard design; they generally looked like greek temples, except that ...

Yeah I'd like to see some more shots of this (though it looks like only the west front was constructed?) Anyway, its still an awesome build, I really like the color combination as well. I'd also Like to see some closer shots of the wheel window as well, I'm really curious as to how that was put toge...
