Lands of Classic Castle Logo Idea

Folks, As a long time AFOL and a manuscript illuminator I finally found something to combine the two. I think if Classic-Castle is going to create "Lands of Classic-Castle", in addition to a map, it will need a logo. I humbly present the following as an offering as such. http://www.flickr....

Where to go after Flickr Closes?

Folks,
I'm not sure where to post this, so I'll post it here and I'm sure the Mods with move it if necessary. Where do people suggest we post and edit our photos after Flickr closes in April? What alternatives are out there?

Re: Elymas

An excellent MOC. I really like the various types of windows. The bushes are really well done too.

Re: lands of classic castle map making

Koffiemoc,
I set it up so the woodland and grasslands are combines, as are the swamps, dark forest and island and then the mountains and frozen north. I thought we could only do three factions. If I misread it then I'll gladly adapt it to include the others.

I like "Lands of Classic-Castle" and the Lands (or Realms) of Bricktania". I am all for a vote.

This is a pretty cool MOC for a young builder. In hope he keeps it up.

Re: How to make a baptismal font?

All,
Thanks for the responses.
Bruce,
Yet again you nail it on the head. I have figured out what I'll do. As soon as the MOC is done I'll post a series of albums. It is WAY too big to put in a single album.

Re: Another Smithy

That is a great MOC. The building is great. The roof is excellent, I'll definitely have to use that. The wood details look great. The winch and crane is a perfect. Great details all around.

How to make a baptismal font?

I am rebuilding the chapel in my castle and am trying to figure out how to make a baptismal font. Does anyone have any suggestions? The walls are white and grey and everything else in the room is either brown or gold. Thanks.

Re: LEGO string

You can also use some black (or brown) thick thread for sewing leather. Almost the same thing as the Lego stuff.

Re: Trojan Rabbit

Hilarious! A great MOC. Those guys nailed the build. It looks like it should be rolling into a French castle in England. I love to see a close up of Bedivere's helmet, it looks very interesting.

That is a great usage of the head piece! I hadn't thought of it before, but it looks great. Please post some more photos, I might have to borrow that idea for a MOC.
