Oh man this set would be the gem of my collection. But at 5922 pieces I can't expect anything lower than $500, money that can buy me every new clone wars set.

I hope this isn't cancelled. It would be a cheap way to get some skelleton cavalry in. If I bought some I would probably ditch the chariot idea and use the plain skelly on a horse, maybe reserve one chariot for an elite. My guess is this will be a $3.50 set like the other impulses.

I must say I really dislike the new minifigs, especially the new specifics(Jedi and Clone commanders). They are too cartoonish and too "showy". The sets themselves vary, but the Republic Fighter tank looks like a streamline master piece, and so does the V-19(which I understand is highly te...

I always appreciate a smooth, flat tile craft, plus the black/red color scheme is great. It looks like something straight out of the UCS Star Wars line.

You better believe it. One wound up more cracked than the other, but the tiles do a nice job to cover the dents up.

I think this is actually the worst set of the castle line so far. While I did like the inclusion of six minifigs and the banner, the set seemed bizarre to fit in. It wouldn't have even been so bad if not for the handle that juts out from the back in an attempt to add playability(which I didn't know ...

I actually bought three of these and removed the tiles from two, so that I had a pure white board and a pure black board. It took about thirty minutes of double teaming the tiles with a fork and screwdriver to rip them out. It's not as easy as I would like.

I have just upwards of eighty, mostly from three chess sets and tree tic-tac-toe sets.

Considering that I would have to buy a few catapults today to get to the minifigs, this pure minifig set looks pretty good.
