More to the point, I spy a tan frog as the statue's nose. Could anyone elaborate as to where this is from?

I am aware this topic is fairly dead, but I'd like to point out that it has been on the front page for a year, on a fairly active forum (not counting announcements and stickies). I was going to post this yesterday, but I... forgot.

Hope no one's pointed this out already, but the cyan pawns' head is that of the police commisioner from the first World City police station (the one with dark-blue cops and orange-clad prisoner).

Personally, this is what I'd like to see, as the opportunity to kit out my minifigs in coal-scuttles and schmeissers (sp?) is too good to miss. Schnell! Himmel! etc.
