Re: Ashdown
Early the next morning, after a hearty meal provided by the Frontier Guard cook, Fangrim led the company deep into the Forest of Faran. They walked for several miles, and from the first steps Fangrim and Algair took an immediate liking to each other. They talked about strategy, morale, and battle sk...

Re: Robin Hood meets Little John
It reminded me immediately of the scene from the original Robin Hood movie! Great job.

This is quite awesome! I look forward to seeing this used in the comic series. Great job with the lighting, it gives the scene a sort of nighttime story-telling feel.

"Let go me!" growled Kazikana. "I think not," said Elwyn, pressing his heavy booted heel harder into Kazi's neck. "First you're going to have to explain yourself." "I not explain if I not want to!" replied the wounded Samuri. "Ohhhh my leg!" He grima...

The horn piece comes from several of the new Kingdoms line sets. It's mounted on the new horse head armor plates.footsteps wrote:Nice simple work, though I'm not familiar with the horn piece.

Thanks Tower! I have always enjoyed the story of the hero, even though it has been told millions of times. :) Sorry guys, no moc this time, I just got back from a 200 mile bike trip and I'm kind of tired. Gromund stepped forward. "Then I am afraid it is our time to depart for now," he said...

THIS CONCLUDES PART II, THE DEFENSE OF THE NORTH. NOW BEGINS PART III, THE JOURNEY NORTH. The council continued for hours as the Crown generals discussed strategy with Anselfer. The entire Crown army would need to mobilize to counter this threat, and peasants would need to be called up for military ...

I've never read or heard of The Sword of Shannara, is it good? This is just a guess, but is it Celtic? It's a pretty good series, my favorite is The Sword of Shannara, which is the first one in the series, though not the first chronologically. I seriously have no idea of its origin, but it may well...

I have always been a big fan of ruins, especially snow-covered ones. Unfortunately, I don't have white plates to use as snow, so thank you for building such a great moc to brighten my day!

I love the design of the pool! The geometry of the pool focuses the eye automatically so that this creates a great effect. I love it!

Nice, I like where this is going. You also waste no time in describing insignificant things that occur during the heroes' travels, which makes for a shorter and more enjoyable story. Keep going!
Re: Ashdown
Okay, one thing: this sounds very much like Return of the King. Seikfreid life sounds a lot like Aragorn. But other than that, I am loving the story! :D I also like the MOCs and I am looking forward to seeing more. Perhaps you should try making a website like me and Sir Zeppelin did. Webs.co...

Well I can definitely see Daniel's hand in that. It is rivaling some of his too Well done for the extremely soild build! Agreed! It looks a ton like one of Daniel's mocs, which is quite a compliment to your building prowess. But there is also an excellent amount of originality of yours, with the gr...
