Re: Greetings

Welcome, sir! I say again, welcome! Mighty glad to have you join us. You have some pretty awesome hobbies there, especially guitar. :D Nice to see a Renaissance fan, too; I'm even writing a Renaissance-inspired tale at the moment, so that proves we'll get along. Have fun! :) EDIT: Employee-exclusive...

Re: The Land of Vendameria

Finally, here it is! INTRO: "Hear ye! Hear ye! Bartholomeau, by divine right and the grace of the Gods, Emperor of all Vendameria, hereby declares that all who deny his lawful right to ascend to the throne after the death of his father, Leon IX, in glorious battle against the Zheskans, an outla...

Re: Noble Order of the Knights of Prasden

YOU MAKE ME SAD. But still, as long as it's gonna be BETTER, I guess that's okay..... Ah, yes, it will be MUCH better! :D I'm not actually too proud of NOKP anymore, as my writing skills have improved since I wrote it. The next story will be much more original, exciting, and mature. No more u...

The Land of Vendameria

Well, long story short, I've always wanted to create something unique and not Tolkien-inspired. I have been plotting a story where it is more like a Renaissance-style thing, with pikemen, musketeers, etc. I've been playing around with minifigures, trying to come up with a style I liked. Originally, ...

Re: Greetings, Old Friends!

Welcome back Napoleon! I'm kinda new here, but I read your Noble Knights of Prasden and I was inspired to write my own, although it's not half as good as yours... I can't wait to see your new story since you canceled Knights of Prasden. :D Ah, well, danke. I'll have to read yours. :) I can as...

Re: Noble Order of the Knights of Prasden

Well, guys, this story is canceled. But I'm writing a new, better one! :D More details forthcoming, when I get the website up, but it's called the Land of Vendameria, a late middle ages-Renaissance-esque story, which will be completely different and unrelated to Castleland. The best thing to compare...

Greetings, Old Friends!

Well, after a long period of not being a huge Castlehead and spending my time on multi-theme sites, I've come back to the light. :) I hope to get some new castles and castle stories up soon, as well as being a regular part of the C-C community. I still manage TeenLEGOFans.com with my other online fr...

Re: Texas & Pacific #610

Wow, I haven't been on here in a while! :? I'll fix that! :D

First off, the usage of the technic beams for those wheel pistons (I'm not sure what you call them) is creative. Second, that engine is unbelievably detailed, and the stripes along the side of the car are awesome.

Re: Noble Order of the Knights of Prasden

Sorry for not responding sooner, PI, I always have trouble keeping up with all the sites I go to. Now, thanks for reading! :) Also, thanks for trying to help me out. Yes, I'll use those corrections. I'd kinda left this story, but, to tell you the truth, I've wanted to start it up again. It might not...

Re: Your LEGO budget

My budget rides on a lawnmower, it fluctates all year, but I probably have $80 free to spend on any given summer day. Wow, I'd love to have that much. My big spending comes after September when I'll spend over 200 dollars from October 1st, my birthday, to January 1st. But for the rest of year, it's...

Re: Black Falcon Fortress 2.0

That fortress is well done. I like the courtyard. But it would be cooler if you added Black Falcons 8) . I wish I could make something like this. I have the legos but not the sorting or the time  Sorry for the late reply. Thanks! Yeah, sorting can take forever and isn't always fun. Stuff like ...

Re: Black Falcon Fortress 2.0

http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Timber_framing I assume that's what you're trying to emulate with the yellow there. That's what the printed wall panels in a lot of classic castle sets represented. Ah, thanks! I thought it might be tudor, but I wasn't sure. Yeah, I could have made it pretty realistic, ...
