Out of the above ones, I also like the grill helmet and the flare helmet (it just looks so classic and simple). The jelly bean helmets are easily the worst... Um, I'm pretty sure tan has changed slightly, also.

Mine is definitely the one with the pointy visor. To put it shortly:
1. It protects the whole head of a knight.
2. You can attach three plumes to it.
3. You can open up the visor!
4. It just looks awesome, and kind of intimidating, too.

I use it for my Black Knight custom minifig.
