Really nice use of microsized creations for the MOC. I really like the ground, as well. Even the technic axle stars are pretty sweet. Overall, very nice details!

You've got some really great designs in here. From the actual Sea Serpent, to how you've got the water, or even the boat, I really dig this MOC. Also, nice choice of minifig faces. Keep it up!
