Charles VIII and the first alpinists

Hello folks, Here's a little creation based on the first assumed alpinist. It's happening in 1492 : Charles VIII, the King of France, did ask to his trusty captain, Antoine de Ville, to reach a strange mountain, situated in Vercors,. I recreate the departure of the expedition, because i didn't want ...

Re: The Start of a Journey

Yes, i think too that the ground texture is nice, and also the wooden wall. I wasn't aware of the fact that lego made hedgehogs. they just should do boars.

Château de Montclerc (Somewhere in Dordogne)

Hello castle builders, I didn't build anything for several years, but never posted this one i made in the summer of 2013 or 2014. I don't even remember why this castle is called Montclerc, but i remember why i built it : showing the transition between Medieval era and Renaissance era, when castles w...

Re: Die Hohenburg (Somewhere in Swabia...)

Thank you. I like to build in old school style, because i'm inspired by real castles. I'm not particularly in the fantasy way, some other castle builders do it much better.

@ soccerkid : As you will see again later, vines climbing and 1x2 bricks are my trademark^^.

Great ! I would say that the whole creation is awesome, very harmonious. The way you build your trees is very inspiring for a "Dino" environnement.

Re: Garheim-Manor

Excellent. That style was reminding me somethinf familiar and after looking on your flickr, i understand why, it's the same as your Knight's Residence. That blue color really fits well with the light grey. I like a lot the architecture of the manor, it has and old style feeling. That's inspiring.

Re: Temporal Disorder ( Wrath of the T-ReX)

Thanks for comments guys! I think it's the first time i'm satisfied of my creation, with no big and horrible errors. @ AK_Brickster : you are right, the wooden stairs would normally be rotten, but there are some strange things happening sometimes in MacKenzie lands... To be honnest, i missed this po...

I'm not an expert for microscale creations, but I really like this one, it's easily recognizable.
