Re: The Battle of Burning Bridge

I love how it's full of amazing little details, even the facial expressions add to the scene. For the Horde! :orc:

Re: Best Castle?

Yeah I actually just ordered Royal Knight's Castle, I've wanted it for what seems like forever ^^ I don't think it's going to get recycled for parts fast, I'm more interested in trying to improve it / adding to it.

Re: What were your first Castle sets

I started out with this three-pack of sets which I just happened to pick from a bunch of stuff they had put as presents for kids to pick from at the factory where my dad works, it was a yearly happening. I still own everything except the manuals and to this day I feel extremely lucky that's what I p...

Re: Series 6 is in stores with some castle worthy figures.

The Highlander and Minotaur look great, I certainly could use a few of those. Unfortunately they're pretty expensive and I usually prefer to just build my own minifigs. I might still pick up one or two if I get the chance, I'm dreading getting one of those other figs though, nothing too interesting ...

Dawn of Westeron (Chapters 1 and 2 online!)

Welcome to Dawn of Westeron! Inspired by The Kingdom Of Ikros, Andrastravia, Vincent Gage and many other castle websites, this is my attempt at a Lego tale. In the spirit of the mentioned websites, the first few entries will allow you to become familiar with the realm before you continue your way.....

Re: It's Good to be Back

That looks very interesting, but I'd be at a loss about which faction to use because I don't really have 1 huge faction (that wouldn't lend itself so well to Brikwars). My figs also tend to be quite unique in their own right, few look like they did when they came out of the box. My Kingdom is basica...

Re: Best Castle?

It's up to you really; that one looks like it has an adequate amount of useful parts, but IMO (and I've found a lot of people think the same way about this) those minifigs are some of the most uninspired castle figures Lego ever produced. I have two of those raised baseplates however and find myself...

Re: Best Castle?

The best castles IMO are Royal Knight's Castle and Black Knight's Castle. You'll get them for way less than 100 euros on Bricklink which is less than a castle nowadays when it comes out, I believe both are worth the money. The castle from the last Kingdoms line wasn't so bad either, it doesn't compa...

It's Good to be Back

Hello, I was actually part of this board many years ago, but I don't even recall my nickname. I hadn't touched my Lego for a long time until a year or two ago when I dreamed of a huge Lego castle battle. This inspired me to join Brikwars, where I've been active for a while now, hosting Castle and Sc...
