Re: The Castle of El Katar

Woowwwww ! Really impressive. A lot of very good ideas, details and styles. I found it on brickshelf and spent an hour viewing it.
How did you make such castle ? Did you make a blue print before ?

I really love it !

Great MOC! I really like some of the little details, like the landscaping and different vegetation around the base, those lamps by the front door, the little ladder on the dock, and those bunk-beds. Thanks. It was a long time I finished a castle. The one thing I dislike is the dragon. Sitting next ...

Kostkern Castle

Hi there,

I've been silent for a long time, but there is my new castle :

The landscape is heavily unachieved.

As written, this castle was crashed before the end. I've lost the pleasure to build it.
I'm working on another ;-)

Hello there, It makes a long time ... I'm surprise to see Alaric's keep make writing again ;-) Alaric...now that's a cool name for this keep's owner, how did you come up with that? Probably after Alaric, leader of the Visigoths. That would be my bet anyway. Josh No, he named the keep after his son. ...

I've counted 35 BURPS and a very big quantity of dark gray bricks.

You're right. It's based on 4 32x32 plates.

Mr. D wrote:One quick question: how exactly do you get up to it; is the bridge-like thing which extends from the door to over the edge part of a bridge?
D-Man
In fact, the bridge is more a dock than a bridge. You can access the keep only by a flying boat.
you'll can see it after moderation

Hello fellow castle men, After many weeks of labor, I have finally done the built of my new keep. I have dedicated it to my newly born son, Alaric. I worked hard on it as I never worked hard on a MOC. The exterior and the interior are finalized. I hope you will enjoy it. Some pictures before bricksh...

Hi there, I put these pictures online without telling anyone and Lenny found them. It's a successfull "find hidden object" roll  So, it is Da'Elyris castle, my new big MOC, a melt of fantasy and steam-punk. I'm on it for one month and I need some specific pieces to carry on. I'm reg...

This moc is wonderful.

I live in Toulouse (France) and it really remember me the Basilique St Sernin where I married my wife last year.
It's the European bigger roman bascilica.

Well done !
