Thanks for your answer! :) I believe that the change was made to hollow studs on 1 x 1 rounds (and also minifig heads) in order to decrease the choking hazard. The next size down in fractions is 3/64, this drill bit can be found at Radio Shack and various electronic supply shops. This bit is used for most electronic componet leads. We all are gratefull that there is a service like Brickshelf. It's great to be able to have anyone see my MOCs in a neat and organized website. But for those that are worried when Brickshelf is down, do what I did. :idea: Host them yourself, for as low as $6 a year you can have your own domain name....
