He has only been a member for a month. Make a few small sales to build up a little legitimate positive feedback and then list $325 worth of black swords? My guess is in a few weeks/months we will start seeing the negative feedbacks pour in and Mr. M_R will never be heard from again.

Out of curiosity, how many black swords did you buy before you started affecting prices? I bought 4 in a fairly short period and the price started to jump. I bought 8 of them in month at the end of 2004. Several were with coupons from UBL. I think I averaged around $8 each, but after I had cleaned ...

Yes, best of luck on the dolphin. I even had the set it came in on my wanted list I got so desperate! With patience you will get it. I have eventually gotten all the rare pieces I went after, but the dolphin took the longest. You make an interesting point of the economics of Bricklink. I know that I...

I hesitated to post... but it was I who bought the one that came up on Bricklink in November. It had been on my email notify wanted list for over a year. I happened to be on my computer when the e-mail came in and I bought it instantly. After such a long quest, I cannot part with it (which is why I ...

This is very well done

My favorite is how I can feel the action. It really looks like a moment frozen in time that any minute will start moving again.

I really like the guys covering their heads with the shields!

Bravo!

Sign me up! I would love to send an emissary from Larem's Reach to go live in a new land  .

I am in the US and would like non-custom. I did this last year and it was great fun! I would actually prefer to trade with someone from overseas. I just like getting foreign packages :D

Excellent Uruk-Hai :D !

Ever since I saw these heads for like $0.10 in vast numbers from a certain Morten in Denmark I thought about converting my bad guys to Uruk-Hai. But my bad guys have yellow hands and replacing the hands was getting more expensive then the heads..... :?

Actually the whole thing nests together. So you can take all the roofs and all the levels off to see inside.

No problem that you posted it, you actually have inspired me to work on it some this evening! :D

Hey thanks for noticing :D !

I realize Its a little dead  . I plan to liven it up.

Its completely modular, right down to the three levels of dungeons. Most of it is furnished, but I was not going to roll it out officially until finished.

Ahh, so that WAS yours! How many coins are in there? I think there were about 4500 in my hoard at the time of that photo. The pile is solid coins, no filler underneath, except for the swords, helmets, and chests that you see. All the coins are broken off the sprue unlike earlier versions of the pho...

Well since you asked :D .... http://www.brickshelf.com/cgi-bin/gallery.cgi?i=923197 I am ashamed to say that the hoard has almost doubled since the photo. I got a great deal once of $0.18 for a four coin set and really went a little crazy. The lowest I have every seen them is $0.15 if you buy in bul...

Back on topic: It occurs to me that Excell would be pretty lousy at planning out any of the non-straight walls that everyone here is such a big fan of. :? True. But fortunately I am not a fan of the non-straight walls. I just can't get past the "holes" they create Building at work ...

Please tell me you're planning to furnish this thing. Oh I'm furnishing all right! :D I don't believe in castles without interiors. That is what is taking all the time. Furniture is easier to plan in real life. Excel is really only good for the big picture plan, not the detail. The main center sect...
