The "Submit an Entry" and "View Entries" pages cannot be found. 404 Not Found error. Can anyone please fix this?

Edit: The pages can NOT be accessed over the "rules" page, ONLY over the "prizes" page.

This might keep people from participating.

A valid point, the example with the cars. Maybe a difference to lego might be that it is made for being taken apart and reassembled. Switching torsos then cannot be customizing, it is just using Lego the way it is supposed to be. Cars Are not primarily construction toys, so maybe smaller alterations...
