I'm not overly fond of the idea of dividing the waves up by movie. A lot of important characters didn't appear until Two Towers (Eomer, Theodon, Eowyn, etc) and it'd feel even MORE incomplete with every wave... As for the Lord of the Rings line as a whole? A pretty good line if you ask me. Every set...

Those figures look awesome. Very tempted by that Witch King Battle set. That Elrond is easily one of the years best figures.

The design is pretty good, and definitely recalls the structure from the movie. I like it. Especially the pictures I've seen of two combined. That looks really cool. Figures are fairly good.
