Re: MOC: Round Table Hall
Outstanding job! I love the old school feel to the castle and the great lines. You hung all the different shields around the outside of the hall--something I want to do with my MOC when I get to that point. I have always loved the Arthurian legends and you did a great job with the round table. This...

Re: MOC: Round Table Hall
I have been there, and that added to my interest in King Arthur. It is very cool how they have the table set upandhe wrote:Have you been to the Cathedral? I was surprised to see that the table was hung on a wall!
Fun MOC and representation.

MOC: Round Table Hall
After 3 years of design in LDD, and 1 year of accumulating parts, I have finished my Round Table Hall. It is based on the ordering of the Round Table at Winchester Castle, as shown here: https://childrenofarthur.files.wordpress.com/2011/09/roundtable.jpg These are a few general photos, and I will ta...

7th Robin Hood MOC: Sherwood Camp (with Friar Tuck)
After several requests, I have made an MOC of a Sherwood camp, including Friar Tuck and his faithful dogs, Marian, and another member of the Merry Men roasting a fish. The MOC includes: A hut covered in vegetation, with loopholes on the sides for archers, a table for eating using gold dishes, plenty...

Re: Peddler's Wagon: Robin Hood MOC
I appreciate it! I was definitely going for a "busy" look—thinking about peddlers who collect everything and try to trade/sell itLeopold wrote:Sweet build. I love how much stuff you fit in that cart!

Re: Peddler's Wagon: Robin Hood MOC
Very cool. Makes me think of classic old sets. With all of the hidden compartments for weapons it reminds me of Wolfpack Renegades. Bruce I appreciate it! I try to make all of my MOCs work well in the classic castle world. Wolfpack Renegades were definitely a cool faction too. BTW, I changed the hi...

Peddler's Wagon: Robin Hood MOC
This MOC features a peddler's wagon with several different features, including compartments for swords, bows and quivers, and Merry Men. Robin Hood and Little John are riding the wagon, and the Sheriff of Nottingham is off to the side ready to check the wagon's contents. There is an additional membe...

Re: MOC: Will Scarlet's Outpost
Nice little outpost! I agree with Bruce- I think a swing hinge would work well. It would also allow you to strengthen the build by keeping the rock wall attached to one of the halves of the base. You should definitely build some more Robin Hood MOCs, but I'd also suggest not building something only...

Re: MOC: Will Scarlet's Outpost
Nice. It has the feel of an old-school set. One suggestion would be to have the rock wall swing sideways rather than up, which might make more physical sense. Bruce Thanks for the feedback. I updated the hinge on Will Scarlet's post to swing horizontally instead of raise like a car trunk. Thank you...

Re: Latest Robin Hood MOC: Merry Treasure Cart
Thank you! There are a lot of cool parts that have yet to find there way into official castle sets (such as the Indian tree stump, the Hobbit barrels, etc.)

Re: Latest Robin Hood MOC: Merry Treasure Cart
I appreciate it! I am constantly thinking of things that I wish they would make into actual sets, so that is probably why I tend to lean towards playability and features.

Latest Robin Hood MOC: Merry Treasure Cart
While we wait to see what Nexo Knights has in store for us, I thought I would share another MOC I just made. One of Robin Hood's Merry Men enters the village ready to give out stolen treasure . . . since his cart looks to be carrying refreshment , he is able to smuggle the treasure in without being ...

Thank you! It doesn't look like it is gaining much traction on Lego Ideas, but I enjoy it
