I didn't see anything in the rules on non-Lego pieces...
Are custom minifigure pieces like Brickwarriors, Brickforge, and the like, and/or pieces like altbrick's leaves allowed?

In light of that, is there any restrictions on the size of the ships? I saw something about maximum size being 2 baseplates, but I'm not sure if it applies to that category.

Is custom-cut cloth, string and the like allowed? I am most interested for the sake of the ship-building category.

Are we allowed to use non-LEGO cloth for things other than sails (for example, dragon's wings)?

Question: How do I find my UserID?

Would any staff members be willing to extrapolate on the building criteria given? (namely playability)

Are the judges looking for functionality? (I am guessing)
