Re: Future Possibilities/Any Interest???

The hip, or top of leg, works on a ball-jointed system. New hip?... could be :o .

Re: Future Possibilities/Any Interest???

Nothing lasts forever, unfortunately. How long would something like this hold up?... impossible to say really. Given part tolerances and materials, I'd have to ball-park it with - "quite some time". Any toy, or action figure type toy, will last a good bit as long as you don't abuse it. An...

Re: Future Possibilities/Any Interest???

The only similarity between the 2 would be the ball-jointed hands and feet, nothing more. That form of articulation is nothing new however, since there are many other toy lines utilizing similar features. I simply looked at what worked best, and what made more sense, when it came to designing someth...

Re: Future Possibilities/Any Interest???

Hey Blasterman, Didn't you play around with some custom articulated arms a couple of years ago? Is this a variation on the same design, or totally new? They look really cool, btw. Bruce Hey Bruce, Yes, yes I did. http://www.majhost.com/gallery/ShadowofDeth/Custom-figures/WIPs/dscn0943small.jpg What...

Re: Future Possibilities/Any Interest???

I think you'll have the most interest from those here that like very customized figures. I personally would rather just use LEGO figures for consistancy. The arms and leg remind me of the LEGO Technic figures. The gun looks sweet. Well... that is why I posted this in the "customs" section...

Future Possibilities/Any Interest???

Ok... so I've been working on a few things lately, and I'd like to present a few teaser shots. I'm looking for some feedback obviously, so questions/comments are welcome. Keep in mind though, answers will be limited at this point. Thanks for looking! http://www.majhost.com/gallery/ShadowofDeth/Custo...

Re: Is Little Armory Toys still in business?

1st - Yes, LA is still in business. It is NOT however, a full-time day job. 2nd - I DO NOT have health issues. Like most people, I DO get ill from time to time though - but nothing major. 3rd - I usually don't get a chance to answer emails every day, and sometimes it does take longer. 4th - The $400...

"Modifing existing designs", and how it pertains to the LA contest - Simple really. Take any Lego design and change it. Guess what? It's now been modified. How much, or little, you wish to modify it is up to you. Although...I would suggest using any existing design simply as a base, while ...

Having your B-day listed isn't going to give anyone any crucial info about you...

Unless you're really old and don't want anyone to know!

C'mon...

We're all doing it. Don't you want to be like us? :P

Black Great Helms will probably be first, then other colors will follow.

As for offering single items -

Maybe, at some point. For now though, full sets it is.

Since I can't devote 100% of my day to this, it's taking a little longer than expected. I actually
have an appointment today with my new plastics company, so things are coming together.

I'll keep you guys posted.

Thanks,
