I've been out of the Lego loop for a while... What's this about battery operated figures? Minifigs that one cannot customise, change, or otherwise take apart? I always thought that was one of the major strengths of Lego, the fact that you could do whatever you wanted with it.

I suppose the value of this set would really depend on how much it would cost. As an army builder for Bull figs, it's not too bad.
