Re: AFOL Influences

In 2004 I sorted, built and sold my childhood Lego, it took over a week of continuing sorting and building. It was fun. I met a guy at ebay who was interested in buying everything I had, so he visited me. He was about my age (mid-20). I asked him what he was doing with the Lego. He told me about AFO...

Re: Review: 2010 Kingdoms advent calendar

I got this advent calendar last week, and I must say, it is the best one I ever had from Lego. I really like the content.

early 30ies I'm playing with Lego since I was 2 years old. (one of my first sets was the 171-train. And I had a lot of the big minifigs and the ones without arms and face.) Unfortunately my dark age began when the big time of Castle started (around 1985) So after my dark age was over 4 years ago, I ...

Re: Sunday Trip to the Tower ruin

I was originally going to write some negatives about the landscaping, but then I realized I was looking at some of your WIP photos. The finished product is still a bit rough, but overall it works well. thank you. do you have any suggestions how I could do it less rough? And sorry for the confusing ...

Joomla is good for basic CMS stuff as well.
Typo3 is the best but not easy to learn because it's very huge and you can do nearly everything with it.

Sunday Trip to the Tower ruin

Hi, after a long silence I recently started building again. The parts of the 7094 Castle which I got to christmas inspired me to make this MOC. I call it Sunday Trip to the Tower ruin. Pictures at Brickshelf. http://www.brickshelf.com/gallery/carryskywalker/Castles/littleTowerMOC/thumb/sundaytriptot...

I think it looks good, but not 120 Euro worth. Especially when you can get 6090 for less than 50 Euro by Ebay.

Re: More 2007 Star Wars

Did we really need a third snowspeeder? Look at the prices at Bricklink and Ebay for 4500 - it is ridiculous what they want for it. With the re-release you have a chance to get one for a reasonable price and with some nice extras like Snowies, flesh Hoth Rebels, a little base and all that.

That auction looks good. A lot of nice sets. However, I don't speak German, nooo! I can't tell how much the current bid is, or how long is left. Is there a translated page? Kelderic Current bid is 41 Euro and 50 Cent, and still goes 1 day, 22 hours. But, in the description is mentioned, that they d...

I bought the set recently, mostly because I wanted the baseplate, the dragon and the wizard. But also, because it looks cool and different to other castle sets.

We need more information. If the set was in very good condition with a nice box and instructions, I would say it is a good deal. Original sets in excellent condition are harder to find. Prices are gradually rising for older sets, even sets copied as Legends. Before the Legends, this set often sold ...

Looking for 6081

Hi
I am looking for the Castle 6081.
It would be wonderful if you could help me out.
The black bird is not so important or all minifigs. Just the parts for building the complete castle are important.

thanks in advance
Andi
