Re: Charles Bridge and Saint Basil's Cathedral

oddly enough my eye was drawn more to the rather muted bridge than the brightly coloured cathedral :? .as said above the stone is amazing. I also really like the domes on the cathedral.

Re: Battle of Wits Redux

It can definitively be said that this is vastly superior to my first posted Moc :). good work though(and this may just be me not reading carefully) I had envisioned the king and the baron facing off advised by the jester and wizard. the ramshackle tower is spiffy (or rather it's spiffy from a moc po...

wow I just checked out the mother site and this guy's work is amazing :woo: his work with water is particularly nice wether it be like this castle with water pouring into a lake or a serene pool. this castle of his is particularly breathtaking.

Re: d'Amarc Castle

I really like this and literally said wow upon seeing it. the swoopy rocks are especially cool.I personally like yellow figs better (uh oh does this mean lego has accidentally started Lego racism :?) but I digress. all the spindly bits lok spiffy though the back one looks hazardous. It also looks fa...

Re: Weekly Set Review: Church

Aaah excuse me while I bask in the glory of a time when lego wouldn't make a decal for stained glass windows but rather leave them clear. :) anyway this structure is incredibly pleasing. had I been my current age when this was available I would own three or so just so I could build them and then tak...

I like the basic designs, they look like they would make for a colourful army.

is it just me or is that tower leaning? I really like the rock and the way the tower sticks up out of it.

I'm fairly certain i've gone blind. the brightness of the dragon makes flames seem superfluous. good work.

Re: Weekly Set Re-Review: Knight's Stronghold

I'm a bit divided. On one hand the strucure is well built (as far as I can tell from the pic) and I like the figs but from another angle I have problems with all black walls. (mottled involving black is good but black castles irk me no end) Also I think the contrast between the factions isn't very d...

my armies are throwing down their vast array of weapons at the sight of that trebuchet. The two of them are superb. Also I never knew the name of (or the actual existance of) the springlad.
