Re: WarScape: A Micro Castle Series
The Geisha fans and princess hats used to make the winding path in chapter three is inspiring, as are the dragons, and I like the monolog for three as well. It's an interesting take on what (I'm assuming) is the point of view of the undead/cursed soldiers. Good luck in the MCC

Re: Lego 10223 Kingdoms Joust Exclusive
Thank you lego! Praise be, and turn out your wallets! :D For those of you naysayers who think that the new BF is a one time thing or that this is the end of kingdoms, I would like to call attention to the crownies and the fact that they released the dwarf mine for them in november, which was followe...

Re: Last March of the Ents
Simply amazing! Aside from the sheer size and near perfect duplication of Orthanc from the movies, I must say I'm very impressed with the water flow. I've seen people do small amounts of water like that (like streams and such) and thought it lackluster, but here as untamed floodwaters it it perfect....

As nice as this castle is just based on it's own merits, I'm truly blown away by how faithful you are to your source material. Good luck in the MCC

Re: Vote for the new CC Mascot!
It was close between AK_brickster's and Blueandwhite's but in the end I went for Blueandwhite. I love the colors and the handbag, and I think the others have a little too much blue for me (my favorite color is red).

Re: Wasp Warriors
I've never seen giant wasps used for castle, points for originality. Honestly I think these would be great for a bug exhibit or something, but I could see the fun of having a knight riding one of these too. Exellent stuff, and yess I think we're all looking forward to the contests.

Sorry I'm a little late to the game, but I've got a pair of prospective Hughes that I hope will be worth considering. Re: Defendingg the mine
This has got a really awesome moria vibe going on. Awesome. 3rded. It's beautiful and very dwarfy, especially with all the geometric shapes and patterns in the stonework. As usual, I love your taste in figs for this MOC. One thing I'd like to know is if theres anything more to the backstory, becaus...

I'm sure it's simple but, how do you buy a case? My local lego store is just the usual PAB display, do they have more saleable items in the back?

Cudos lego, you're finally making excess money on things I like (not like bionical and SW clone wars).

Re: Tavern of the Green Lantern
The lantern is cool as it is, but I actually think it would much better as a chandalier for an interior scene. Other than that the dark bley frogs are just gorgeous where they are, and the mugging/stabbing is one of the best lego muggings/stabbings I've seen

Re: Fort Lagoona
Wow, I dont know what to say exactly but the words "awsome" and "interesting" definitely come to mind. The water is beautiful (and expensive looking :P ), and the walls are so detailed that I have a hard time seeing a bare patch. I think it's interesting that you did a fort segme...

It's an amazing build in all aspects. The water and waterfall look great, the ruins are perfect, the canyon wall, the trees, the grass, the figs, all amazing. You and Jack did a grand job, thank you very much for sharing.

I had no idea that this was possible, nor that it could look so amazing and so seemless. Thank you very much for sharing this, and if I ever post something usng the technique you will be given your well earned credit.

Re: Fort Bricks
It's quite nice, and I love the feeling of having a whole community within the walls of the fort. The "day in the life of" style description is great fun as well, especially the drinking stuff . Cool stuff man.
