Re: LEGO Ambassador Nominations now open

Hello everyone, I'd like to add a little bit in here about what an Ambassador must think about, partly in response to the "pitchfork" example...not that I'm trying to single you out, I apologize if it comes across that way! I'd love to see pitchforks made again, and see no reason we can't ...

Be sure to come around and say hi - I'll probably be wearing a LEGO Ambassadors shirt and be at the LEGO Company Booth!

Sorry to reply so late but I'll be there! I do have both a Black Falcon army and a Shadow Knight army I can bring, but as I'm sure most of you know I'm very protective and I prefer to keep them unmixed from everyone else's figs...if someone wanted to build a landscape and set them up somewhere on th...

Hi Everyone -

As usual I'll be there, but I don't think I'll be contributing to the castle display this year.

I also loved these games once upon a time and have often thought about recreating parts of them; probably from LEGO Island 1. I'd love to try the whole island, but that would be quite a large undertaking...but I think it's possible!

I think it's a great idea!

I use a small compressor . That way you can vary the pressure: low pressure if there's figures, light dust and easily breakable bits but higher pressure when doing sections of landscape, etc. It's a little bit of an investment at first, but compressors make you a much more useful person - You can us...

Nottingbley Castle

Hi Everyone - As referred to in Joe's thread about a video interview, I neglected to post proper pictures of Nottingbley castle...until now! The castle has had the usual tour, and is now residing in the Sidney Museum until the end of March - After that, it's time will run out... You can see it eithe...

I'd totally forgotten about this, Joe! Thanks for posting it...even if you did include the infamous "how many pieces" question.

I'd certainly use it again if others used it - I think it's a case of no one ever going because no one else is ever there in the first place. I also think the chatroom still has some issues - If you let it run on your computer for a while, waiting for someone to come, it seems to kick you out (witho...
