Re: Hinges, baseplates, and newbies, oh my!
As with any Lego project there are multiple ways to do the whole landscaped thing. http://www.brickshelf.com/gallery/thelegofreak/Order/thumb/foundation03.jpg_thumb.jpg 1. use a raised baseplate. Personally I have a lot, and I like them. They remind me of the castles I used to get in the 80's. :D - ...

Re: Non-permanent / washable glue with LEGO?
ah, well then that brings up an interesting question. I am wracking my brain for a non glue - lego way to do this. :D however, no idea I have has that nice smoothly tiled floor. Even if you were to use a jumper brick, or a one by one thats hollow topped and use say a lego screwdriver as a pin, it st...

Re: Non-permanent / washable glue with LEGO?
I think a cold glue would work as well, if not slathered on too much. I've had some spill on my lego before (because I am sloppy and have way too many hobbys on my tables) and it's usually popped right off. Elmers is ok, again as long as you don't put buckets on it... What about putting a jumper bri...

Re: A quick question of bricks
I'm not sure where to put this so I'll try general lego. My question goes out to all those with a HP spiral staircase, What I want to know is how the Support 1 x 1 x 5 1/3 Spiral Staircase Axle connects to studs. The BL reference image is sadly lacking and I wanna know if it needs a technic pin or ...

Re: Hm. Castle Decals? What an interesting development...
Thanks guys. I just don't understand why only two people commented...I mean, what's wrong with my decals? Well, the classic armor has been done before, so it's like re-inventing the wheel... The crown shield is still relatively easy to get, so why decal? the Jester face on the other hand.. Fr...

Re: If you could bring back any faction?
ok - I'll buck the trend here. NONE!! No "factions"!! Make heraldry in all different sorts. Keep the torsos basic and create a program and sticker sheet that allows you to create your own! Go back to the Yellow Castle where you have four different knights in one set, two different knights ...

added to my favorites.. I never thought I'd feel that superior smugness that so many Mac users seem to feel, but now I know the true joy.
(PS if I offended any Mac users.. suck it up. I'm only kidding)

PM me your address and I'll send ya twenty of each when I get around to getting to my storage. Which should be in the next week or two. If you want them quicker you can pay for them, but heck, as I'm giving them away, you might want to wait.

Re: Classic-Castle Will Be Shut Down
Also, the CC Chat room (accessible from the Classic-Castle home page) will still be active, and at least one Admin or Mod will be there most of the time during this process, should you need a CC fix. Well heck, the title of this post freaked me out a bit, but what a great reason to pop into chat ov...
