May I suggest you import the chat smilies into the forums?
Or use these:
viewtopic.php?t=1026
It's not fair that the chat gets all the good stuff!
Forum smilies...

Personally, I am against changing the forum emoticons.
1. I believe that the current emoticons are adequate for the forums and look better than the proposed emoticons.
2. Forum posts should have substance and rely on your written word and use emoticons sparingly. Emoticons are more appropriate in chat where conversations are fast.
These are only my opinions. Other admins can post their thoughts. I am also wondering why you didnt just post in the previous thread.
