Typo in the forum rules.

Post by LegoAddict »

When I was reading through the forum rules, I noticed a small typo(Or at least I think its a typo).
2. There is no Trolling. Trying to force someone into an argument it not allowed.
I have underlined the typo. Now either I know nothing about the english language, or the word "it" should be "is". If Im wrong then Im sorry  .

Hey,

While I thank you for pointing out the error, I feel compelled to point out the following:
I noticed a small typo(Or at least I think its a typo).
There should be a space before the first parentheses, the O should not be capitalized in "or" and there should be an apostrophe in "it's".
If Im wrong then Im
There should be an apostrophe in "I'm" (both times).
yup, no problem. Ill be keep an alert eye for anymore typos.
"Yup" should be capitalized, "I'll" needs an apostrophe, and there should be a space in "any more".

Sorry to be overly pedantic, but pedantry brings it out in me.

Well then, I guess the diffrence is that there is no need for any correction in a forum. As where the forum rules are rather important. I feel a little bit attacked by your post Bruce, but I cant tell if its some light humour are seriousness. O well my point is the spelling was incorrect in the forum rules. My grammer might not be the greatest, but that might have something to do with the fact Im still only 16.

Sorry, I guess my humor doesn't come across right when I'm tired. I didn't mean to attack at all, but rather just kid you a little for making a few typos in a post regarding typos.

lol, ok I figured it was just a joke. Just wasnt 100% sure. I guess in the overall picture of things it is rather ironic that I discovered a typo, then I have about 5 in the post describing the typo.

Who cares? Does anyone read those rules anyway?

Aww, I'm kidding. I just wish more attention would be payed to typos* by forum members (and not just kyle).

Maybe not a typo, but I spy with my little eye (gasp!) a missing comma. :P
