Custom Quills+Writing Equipment

Does anyone have any custom quills? :?: I'm making an elven scribe and i don't know how to make any quills myself :(

I'm afraid that I haven't got an answer. However, you could probably get him a word processor real cheap. A lot of Castle AFOLs have little or no use for their minifig computers. :P :wink:

This often works quite well -

Take a 1x 1 x 1 "cone" and stick a small white minifig plume in it. This gives the very convincing appearence of an ink bottle with a feathered pen in it.

And adding on, try using a trans black cone piece (they are rare but out there).

is excellent as a quill. It fits into a minifig hand, and the different colours can signify different uses (or owners).

I agree with using the small feather for a quill.

In some of my moc's I have used a black 1x1 round plate with a clear 1x1 round plate above it to act as an inkwell.

Lego clearly uses the feather as a quill in an idea book creation. I made instructions for this:
