Thanks to Mfuss (Thank you so much, Mark!), I now hold in my hand one of the new KK2 minifig shields (Danju's shield, the wolf, if I am not mistaken).
And a theory I've held about the shields for a very long time, I can now say, is 100% correct!
I mean, ok, it's not 100% correct, it's close to maybe 98% or so, but it's darn close enough!
WOOHOO!!
As always, more testing is required. So as not to raise any hopes, I won't mention what my theory is at this time. More infomation will follow. Trust me, for sticker makers, this is very big.

Can you give us the dimensions for them? I want to make my own template, since PSD files just don't work for me. I need to make my own bitmap files. Thanks.

Would it help if I started supplying bitmap versions of all my templates (including the old articles)?

Testing: Complete

My apologies to Ramus, while he was the first to make a template for the KK2 shield, his template did not match my default resolution (though Ramus, to his credit, used the resolution I should have to start with, but since I've been using 500 dpi, I've been sticking to it to make all the stickers compatible).
Also I needed a larger 'hole' in my template. So I sat down and created my own template, seen above.
The hole in the template was the same size as a standard hand held single hold punch, but I made it one pixel smaller all around so there was less risk of having white paper showing through on the template. I am satisfied with the result.
The signifigance of this is that when using one of these shield stickers, there will be no need for awkward cutting, no folding or cutting the actual design to cut out the center circle. No need for an exacto knife. All you need is a 1/4 inch single hold punch, and my single hole punch is a design that does not bend or crimp the rest of the paper.

If it appears to be a problem to others sure, but if it is just me, don't bother. I can convert your PSD files, but only yours since others like Red Beans and Ramus' don't work too well.SavaTheAggie wrote:Sir Terrance wrote:Can you give us the dimensions for them?
