However puny swords like that for the lord of orks, there ought to be a better way to strap larger swords to him can't come with anything off the top of my head yet but I will ponder it.

You might have explained this before, but how have u attached the extra arms? Are they glued or did you drill extra holes?

Excellent! nice work Your minifig remembered me a game called Mortal Kombat where a Sub Boss called "Goro" has 4 arms. That's so cool I think there is no Knight and Dwarf that can match your Lord hehe
