I've upgraded him with brickforge vambraces and prince dastan's sword holder thing since he became my avatar.

I like it.

However puny swords like that for the lord of orks, there ought to be a better way to strap larger swords to him can't come with anything off the top of my head yet but I will ponder it.

I liked him before and I still like him. Wonderfuly fun character figure. :D

You might have explained this before, but how have u attached the extra arms? Are they glued or did you drill extra holes?

I drilled extra holes in the side of his torso. I also had to cut the out side of his leg studs Image

Excellent! nice work :) Your minifig remembered me a game called Mortal Kombat where a Sub Boss called "Goro" has 4 arms. That's so cool :) I think there is no Knight and Dwarf that can match your Lord hehe :)
