Cool figs, I like how you've made some from different classes. Some of them kinda look like barely altered stock figs though :? Not a big deal.

That's cool! I like how you do a couple of versions of each, especially the ones with a 'traditional' version and a more modern fantasy interpretation.

I'm digging the Puritan vampire-hunter cleric myself.

Thanks, Brickninja.

Yes, that's true because that's what they are. I didn't MOC any of them just for these pictures; they're all from my permanent display collection. If there was a stock minifig in my display collection that was quintessential such as the CMF S12 wizard, I went with it. After all, if it ain't broke...

Thanks, Kev. I tried to spice it up with at least one core representation of the trope and one that's a bit more peripheral but still recognisable.

Yes, if I may say so myself, he turned out rather well. There's another picture of him with a couple of his "friends" here: http://www.brickshelf.com/gallery/AmperZand/Fantasy/dracula_van_helsing_countess_dracula.jpg with a more atmospheric version of the same picture here: http://www.brickshelf.com/gallery/AmperZand/Fantasy/sepia_dracula_van_helsing_countess_dracula.jpg

From Family Guy:
Peter: "You've got Legos? Cool! Lois only gets me Mega Bloks."
Lois: "It's the same thing."
Peter: "No, it isn't."
