These are just fantastic. I'll have to get my hands on a few.

I have a couple of the Gondorian helmets and they're very cool. I think they're 3D printed and then spray painted. The colour matches LEGO's metallic silver paint.

I'm using one and the other's a spare. I'll post a picture (or link to a picture) of my knight of Gondor when I have time. Watch this space...

They are not 3D printed, they are silicon molded, one by one, a lot of work as you can imagine easily.
I can't wait to see your Knight of Gondor!

I will definitely be placing an order for a few items as soon as I can. They look awesome!
