Centaurs

Postby Quickblade22 » Fri Nov 25, 2016 4:34 am

I finally got the head/hair pieces for all my centaurs. I've had the BrickForge Centaur pieces for a long time. I just couldn't decide on how I wanted them to look. I'm pretty happy with the results. I'm tempted to paint the hair and possibly the color of the horns on a few of them, but I don't know if I want to risk making them look worse. ;) Tell me what you think.

I think they look pretty good as they are.

You've already painted the ears on the top one, right?

Thanks Azaghal. I used a yellow Sharpie on the ears of the female one. I tried to use faces that worked for the reddish brown color hair, but I'm so tempted to make one black, dark brown, or auburn. The detail in the hair would make it more difficult to correct if I messed it up. I am happy with them though, so I'm glad you like them. :)

They're very cool the way they are 8) .

Just as some horses have manes that don't match their coats, so too do some centaurs have hair that don't match their equine fur. It doesn't appear strange at all. In fact, it looks perfectly natural.

Thanks. I'm glad you like them. I guess with different torsos, faces, and horse bodies, the hair being the same isn't that big of a deal. I'll leave them as is :)
