A CCer Author

...well, a self-published e-author anyway!
Those of you who have been around a few (like... 6 or more) years may remember that I spent a LOT of time in the collaborative storytelling section of the forum better known as the Gaming Forum, and anyone who's visited my signature link knows that I've told a few visual, comic-styled LEGO stories. So it should come as know surprise that I like writing, or that I specifically like fantasy writing.
Yesterday this longterm trend bore some major fruit, when I self-published a book on Amazon. Perhaps, you might say, this thread should have gone into the Publishing Forum (and it might yet), but books are like children to authors--and so far I have no children. Battlelord of Thalmandar is arguably the fruit of 19+ years of being a Castle LEGO fan. The very first thing I ever wrote (outside of school) was a LEGO story and the very first medieval/fantasy story I ever wrote was a LEGO Castle story--and my writing got a lot of practice right here on Classic-Castle in the gaming forums.
So, since I know people around here might have at least a passing interest in fantasy, you're all invited to check it out. Obviously, *I*'ll be happy if anyone decides they want to buy it, but the main goal at the moment is to celebrate.
