i'm a newbie here ...
hello ... i'm a newbie ... just started into collecting LEGO castles ... actually, i've always liked the CASTLE theme but somehow, in my childhood days, i never ever got the CASTLE sets. It was always the TOWN or SPACE sets.
Anyways, with any type of collectibles, there are the 'so called' holy grails ... and/or pieces that people treasure more than others ... and so, for CASTLE lego .... what are they?
-forest men?
-certain types of castle men?
thanks in advance!

Any of the figs from the original 375 Yellow Castle, and especially the Art Deco visors that appeared in that set. Plus most of the stuff previously mentioned - I have at least 24 genuine Lego peasant figures, but not a single pitchfork to share amongst them. I can't say I care that much about a black sword, but lots of other people do, and they are very rare. Capes - I've lots of plastic ones and lots of cloth ones, so I'm not sure why that was mentioned. There's a list of fairly rare items floating about, though not all would be classed as "Holy Grails".

You know you're a good person when you see megablocks and have to do things you would rather not.
