Well, hello everyone
I am from Germany and got back to Lego a few years ago (after a hiatus of over 15 years).
I think you can blame both the new sets (especially kingdoms and lord of the rings ) and some exhibits I have been visiting for my return
It is pretty exciting to see how much lego has evolved since the late 80s/early 90s: The sheer variety of different parts and figures now and the more mute colours allow a completely new level of building techniques. Something I yet have to discover more. Actually I was pretty blown away when seeing what people can with their custom builds or with making brickfilms. Very impressive, very creative!
