Happy Thanksgiving

Post by Bruce N H »

Hey guys,

I'm off for a couple of days. Be good while I'm gone. :) Have fun, eat lots of food, relax, build a little. I started a gatehouse last night so this may be a productive vacation. :P

Hmm....

All the big, dangerous, nasty Admins are American....

If they are all gone for Thanksgiving...

Methinks the Canadian and European users will be "celebrating" the American holiday with some fun of their own, which will involve being "thankful" for the admins' absence.

Oh... Wait....

I'm suppose to be a Gaming Mod. I suppose I should set an example?

Okay, then.....

HAPPY THANKSGIVING TO EVERYONE!!

ok got that out of my system. Seriously if you're celebrating it have fun and enjoy the feast that lasts a week. If you're not.. you really needa take it up. A whole holiday about eating... *wipes tear* beautiful.

Course... this could be why our nation is so overweight... ah well eat, drink and be merry!

Actually, we have a secret admin who isn't an American. But I am not saying who that is Many of our best site contributors live all around the world :-)

Happy Thanksgiving to everyone who reads my post! I'll catch you all on the flipside of a plate of turkey, mashed potatoes and gravy :D

Thanksgiving...

by far the best holiday of the year...

no presents to buy, no tree to wrestle, no girlfriends to please with sappy gifts or romantic days...

just~

1:go to table
2:load plate up higher than latest MOC
3:eat it all
4:sleep

:-)

No wonder this is my favorite!

Happy Thanksgiving then~

You forgot something:

1. Cook all day. Be sure to drink champagne while doing so.
2. Eat everything in sight. At least twice, if not thrice. Be sure to wash it down with champagne.
3. Watch football/Play NeverRest II/Watch endless replays of The Riot and see some basketball between replays, while digesting. Forego champagne if watching sports for beer.
4. Look in horror at the dirty dishes and decide to put off cleaning them until tomorrow.
5. Drink champagne.
6. Sleep like the dead, except for the indigestion-induced nightmares.
7. Wake up and stare in horror at the dishes with the food dried on. Shrug and let the ants that have begun a major invasion clean them off. Polish off the champagne to brace yourself for the post-thanksgiving sales.

Which is where I'm going as soon as I gird myself with mail, helmet, and battle axe.

Hmmm interesting customs you people down there have. Doesn't sound like thanksgiving, more like Champagning. :D
