Who Would Win the Lego Castle War?

I vote for forestmen/dark forest not because i think they would win but because of archers

skilled archers can easily win a war (check out the Mongols) and i believe living in forestman conditions would probably make you a good archer

The Black Knights clearly have the force-of-arms to crush all other factions, other 'missle-heavy' armies armes with bows would be at a dissadvantage, because their wodden arrows would break against the hard-cold-steal breast-plate and heavy-armor of the Black knights.... all others would be run-down and trampled upon/ tramples over by these heavy mounted knights!

Black Knights also seem to have an agressive-realism that displays a harsher nature, one which would allow them to be victorious!

well im not sure if they will win but they are my favorite castle guys..... Black Falcons

I like the Black Falcon as well.

Their two Castles 6074 and 6073 are only topped by 6086 as the best looking castle set. The newer ones are nice looking, but the older ones are complete structures, small yet can actually stand on own. Add some interior ladders and their are defendable. New castles seem too open. The throne idea is nice but make it more secure and accessable. Put it on the ground floor and have a receiving area. Add a stable for the King's horse. Put in a bunk house instead of another blacksmith. A banquet table instead of the tiny prison.

Black Falcons totally. They had the best sets, they had the best uniforms, and they had the equipment. They would kick the other factions all over the place!

The Crusaders! They have the most soldiers, the most weapons and the most support (peasants). The Forestmen can't be the most powerful because of the Wolf Pack and vice versa. _Laird and the CCrusaders.

OOH! I just noticed that KK2 is not an option! If they were added, I would change my vote. Even the most stout-hearted Black Falcon would lose to a KK2er. Think of how many times the jellybean's Power Ranger sword would smack him as the Falcon shielded his eyes! Sir Santis and his buddies would walk victoriously off the field cheering: " Feel the Rainbow, Taste the Rainbow!"

Its the falcons. They had a great core of swords and archers, a strong alliance in the black knights, and some of the most defensible lego fortresses of all. In essence to conquer is to outlive and adapt, the falcons forged alliances with both of their immediate catalog neighbors (Crusaders & black knights) at different times, showing that nothing of their plan was absolute. Besides this they were just cool although I'm not sure I'd call them my favorite, there in my top 3.

(loose connection joke. I like the Bulls for their seige equipment, which is all they have going for them. I could probably see them strong-arming the Wolfpack rouges out of their stronghold, and assimilate or anhilate any other weak faction.
But going up against a solid theme like Crucaders or the Black Knights... maybe even the Fright knights, it's like watching the Cleveland Browns at the 'Bowl. Doesn't mean I can't root for them.)

I voted Black Knights. I imagine, though, in the event of a "Castle War" some kingdoms would band together - good versus evil.

I voted for the Black Knights.

They have two of the best castles, a very strong and numerous cavalry, lots of archers, and good navy. What more can you say...?

I suppose the Dragon Masters and the Fright Knights could deal a lot of damage with their dragons, but I think it's hard to "realistically" estimate how would a dragon do against ordinary army. Well... couldn't you just shoot down a dragon with crossbowmen?

the black falcons partially by personal bias but also because they seem to have very few enemies so as long as it's not completely every faction for its self they could make alliances and stab backs. and bloodied, scarred, and bruised they would emerge triumphant and in vincible! closest runnerup would be the forestmen because they suposedly have the best archers and unless lego makes a crank action c-bow the others would be quickly gunned down.

not if the black falcons snipe you first! the BFs have great archers fairly good cavalry(better than the forestmen have)
better fortresses(you would have to go on offence eventually) superior infantry (if my memory is correct) better seige engines
and most of all better armor, no matter what once you've been cut open you're at a large disadvantage.
however I do aknowledge the forestmen as a threat and therefore would seek to be allied with them.
