Grey bricks

Post by Adler »

Although my last purchase of lego goes back more than 15 years, I have been browsing around lugnet and related sites for the past two years, rediscovering my fascination with lego. I was very pleasantly surprised to discover this site which is a God's gift to castle fans.

Now, I'm considering buying a few bricks to get going again, and I was rather puzzled by the recent discussions on lego's decision to change the colour of their brown and grey bricks. There is especially one thing, I'd like clarified:

Does the Castle Expander Set 3732 correspond with the old or the new colour scheme?

More speculatively, what are the likely consequences for the reproduction of other castle "legends"?

I'm not sure, but I guess it's old gray.
It seem that only new things of 2004 are in new gray.

3732 was create long time before 2004.

It's not 100% sure.

For now it is old gray. I bough one just cause and it was old gray. Anyone interested in picking this one up should probably do it in the next few months. I would expect the set to either get the sold out distinction and then return as new gray.

After a long absence, I have returned. I can't wait to start building again.
