It took me a bit of time thinking of what I will say about this set.

I think that it's not a so bad set. I think that the chariot is too big. However I the way the chariot is attached to the horse is interesting and is realist.

I don't like the ugly face minifigs done. I don't have this set and I'm sure I could live without it. This set doesn't cause me to want to have one as the 1984-1990 did.

Not awful, but not great. The headdress on the horse is a definite drawback. The shield is pretty good, but the figs are not great. The cart design itself is not inspiring either, nor is the colour scheme.

OK, this set might be quite ugly but just two minifigs and a horse would be worth it for that price, and here we even have a cool shield, a bunch of weapons and some spare parts... what isnĀ“t there to like? ;)

Like many here I think the chariot itself is waaaay to bulky. The hitchngs are an alright idea, but not implemented well. As far as useful parts however, this is better than many of the larger sets in the KKII line. The figs are pretty decent though. The one with the shield makes a great forestman torso and the shield itself is prety neat. It would be cool to complete the chrome armor set, but with the othersets involved I didn't feel they warrented it...

So, while most definately not a shining gem, this set is not horrible.

I don't like the cart, but it does have two figs, a horse, and lots of accesories.

Looks - 6/10
Pieces - 10/10
Playability - 8/10

Overall - 8/10

I would like these for the figs. The heads may be useful for wharf rats or pirates, or some of my less ruley Ninjas and Bushidos. I like the fact that you get 2 figs and a horse. The Laser cannon bits don't bother me too much put them on end and add a cone to stick a flame in and you have a great item for a temple. The shield would only work for me if I had enough to make a squad.

The figures are fine, but I don't like their emblem that much. I like the get the 3 or 4 small sets and have all the shiny armor ploy though. I wish they would do it again with a better faction.
Overall, the cart is poor. It looks too heavy for what it is. And More Cross bows with no quivers?

Love it! Its one of those sets that is at or under ten dollars that you can buy whenever you have extra cash and still feel good about getting it. The bulls are one of my favorite factions so I love this set.

I definitely agree that the chariot looks a little bulky (wouldn't horse archers be easier and less expensive for the Bull army?) But think about it from this perspective guys. For $5 you get two soldiers, a horse, two crossbows, a sword, a whip, and a flag; plus those red pieces that might look cool on a castle wall somewhere. Also, I can't believe you guys are giving the figures such a hard time. I know the classic crusader/falcon thing is cool and all, but I love the details on minifigures in the Bull and Dark Forest themes, it adds more character.

I personally like this chariot. I think lego designers did well with this, one thing I would change is add another horse, some people might disagree, I but I like the Selucid Chariots and Egyptian chariots, and they had two horses.
