Tic Tac Toe is Back!

I'm a bit surprised that Canada has it and the US doesn't -- all the European countries seem to have it available, at 15 Euros or so. If you can find one (or several), it's a great army builder -- my Mom found 4 for me at the Tyson's Corner LEGO store for Christmas '07, but they haven't been spotted since then.
