I remember really enjoying the magical workshop. There was just something intriguing about the fantasy appeal working for this set. Although, i do not think it was very hard to choose my answer for this pole as the other options were not much in comparison to the workshop

I agree you need to toss a few more of the decent DM sets with Majisto. Here is one of the ones I enjoyed... one of the last subthemes I collected before my dark age.

I do not own any *weep* of the Dragon Masters sets, but I do have a brickload of about 1.5 dozen of these.

I like the smaller sets: Wizard Trader and Magic Shop.

Because this thread is about LEGO sets, it is more appropriate to the LEGO Castle forum, and so it has been moved.

The Magical Workshop was fantastic... it was the first castle set I owned with the new roof slope pieces. I think it looked great.

Hello!

Magisto’s Magical Workshop 6048 was the only set that I bought originally when it was in stores back then. I really liked the roof style. All the other Dragon Masters sets just weren’t appealing to me. And I was more into Pirates anyway.

The keychain thingie I’d hardly call a set. I own one, though, that I got in a Legoland for the sake of completeness, but with that chain dangling from its head it’s nothing that goes with your private Lego universe.

I remember getting the workshop over thanksgiving weekend at the F.A.O. Schwartz in Manhattan, along with one of the new islander sets. It was pretty nifty.

I dig this one too! Too bad I was burnt out on LEGO Castle during the "Magic" age. :(

I always liked the magic shop because it had a simple design and it was a great set with lots of accesories that appeal to me. :)
