Excuse me, about dark forest sets in end 1990's I went in america in 1997 and see this set but I have never found this sets in france.
Are they sold in Europa but not in france or are they US exclusives?

I don't think they were available in the UK either- upon leaving the Dark Age I was surprised to see them, I didn't know they had existed previously.

Fwiw, according to Brickipedia: "The sets were not featured in European catalogues but were nevertheless available at some shops." I can't verify the accuracy of that statement, though.

The Dark Forest Sets were, as Paradosis says, not in catalogues in Europe, at least not in Germany. They were exclusively available from some stores and department store chains. If you were not usually buying there you would never know they existed. Which is a shame, because they are cool sets.
