The Kingdoms Sets released!

Post by DaleDVM »

The Kingdoms sets are available at the Schaumburg LEGO store here in the Chicago area. Just went on the shelves a few minutes ago. It looks like we have a USA release date.

Yeah, I saw they were available online at Toys r Us earlier today. I will have to stop by the local store and see if they are there yet. Otherwise I will have to order some online.

I was able to pick up all 7 of the sets here in Chicago, including both of the impulses. The two promo sets are still not available nor are the batllepacks. Although they have been available elsewhere or so it seems. Hopefully reviews and pictures by tomorrow. Enjoy everyone!

From the fact that they are promo sets, i don't think they will ever become a full-on product. That being said, we can always hope for a knight impulse set mid 2011 or so.

But I'll have to go check my TRU as well as the LEGO store. Not easily accessible, but worth it. :D

I think over at Eurobricks that 30061 was being given away for every 30 Euro spent. Wonder what countries are doing this.

Alright people, let's see some reviews!

Hi!

All the new sets we can get in germany at IDEE & SPIEL shops. If you spent 20€ you get the 30061 for free. The battlepacks are at the shelfs too.
The impulse sets you can get in germany at the REAL,- stores.

The 30062 I don't see at any store up to now.

regards,
jens

Thank you for this information. Hopefully TLG will give a wider release to both of these sets.

Awesome, thanks for the heads up. I'll be in Cincinnati next week for work and was planning on stopping by the store there. Now I have even more incentive to go, hopefully they will have them.

Went to the Toys R Us two blocks away, snagged the Green Wizard, Knight's Showdown, and Prison Carriage Rescue. I also grabbed a mystery minifig, hoping it would be the Forestman, which it was. Good haul, I'd say.

And I will mention I live in the Kansas City Area, so it is indeed the heart of the Midwest. No sign of any battle packs.

Well, if they have reached the Midwestern US, let's hope that they have arrived at the Eastern Coast. :eyebrows:

I'll have to check on Sunday, when I visit my local mall. Lets hope I can at least get the impulses.

The local TRU in Danvers, Massachusetts has most of the new Kingdoms sets - both impulse sets, as well as the others. From what I hear the Burlington Mall Lego Store (Burlington, Mass.) has them in as well.
