Sincere apologies: I reread my e-mail i should have quoted black not back.

Question: Could you please advise if the new falcon knight contained in the Lego Joust Exclusive set 10223 is a black falcon knight?

Answer: Thanks for getting in touch with us regarding "Kingdoms Joust"
I can confirm that the Falcon Knight is black. Here is a link to the webite where you can have a look at the set in close detail!

No issues or need for a debate just trying to get clarification of a minor set detail.

regards
Mario

JoshWedin wrote:I'm totally lost as to the point of this debate about the Falcon knight.

1. Is there a falcon knight in this set? Yes.

2. Is it supposed to be a reboot of the Black Falcons? I don't know. The shield looks like it to me.

3. Does the torso make this a dragon knight rather than a falcon? No. The torso has no heraldry and is obviously being used for whatever Lego wants to use it for.

What exactly is the issue here and why are we still debating whatever it is we are debating?

Josh
lol. I was thinking along this exact line of thought when I saw that this post was still active. I mean, I understand the excitement/intrigue, but I'm much more of a "let's just wait and see what happens" kind of person than one to spend hours in endless speculation. It's for this same reason that I don't follow high-profile court cases or worry about the latest gossip. But then, to each his own I suppose. :)

I really like the Falcons. I only had a few back in the 80's but I've bought a few more since I now have the money to do it. :)

The Falcons are great, and I do hope they come back, however, I have to agree with many of the posters here. We won't know what LEGO is really going to do with the Falcon's until they decide to release it.

Here's to hoping for the Falcon's reboot!

Oh dear oh dear... so far I have avoided needing to have (and buy) most of the Kingdoms line... I did buy one each of the really small sets for the figs (which are the best part)... but the rest of the line hasn't really perked my interest. But this set looks really enticing. Problem is, once I saw the picture of two sets put together, just one looks very underwhelming. Now I'm really in trouble... I'm feeling I'm going to have to either get two or decide to skip it entirely... thankfully it's not out yet so there is time to save up I guess...

Everyone keeps talking about the "two sets combined" pics, but I have no idea what that means?? I've only seen the same pic over and over. Could someone clarify the difference? Thanks!

Yes, this is the only pic I've seen for the set, other than differing angles. Where is the comparison set?

One Set
Two Sets
If you look close, you can see that the main structure is double wide with two sets combined.
