Not a typical castle set but some pieces look useful.

I find it mildly interesting that they made a 4X4 circular tile area by using a 2X2 round tile surrounded by 4 macaroni tiles. If anyone had hope that LEGO was going to make a 4X4 round tile, that hope is gone, or at least postponed. A 4X4 round tile could have good appeal for a large printed surface that could be used across many themes.

I am getting similar feeling towards these Mario sets that I had towards the minecraft sets. I don't care to get any of these sets as the parts aren't worth it on it's own.

Honestly because of sets like these and minecraft might contribute to the lack of a real castle theme.
