cardboard shields

Post by timber_wolf899 »

Obviously lego doesnt release info on future sets, but i am assuming there is no problem with propogation of official information already realeased in another venue.

The folks at the toy fair who gave us those great images most likely know if the minifig shields are cardboard or ABS. Why do they know? they know because lego let them check out the products. So i'm thinking lego wont have a problem passing the same info on to us, no?

Maybe, but going by that token you don't want to twist this all too much. Lego leaked some information, so I guess we can leak [as much as we want]information

Jake cannot talk about future products. This probably includes the System Scale Knight's Kingdom figures. We dont know what the minifigure shields are and should wait to find out once someone actually has the sets.

They're most likey plastic shields, as in ABS. You can take a look at the "Gauntlet" set. The Green Knight's shield handle is about the same as the oval shield.

actually the big frigh tknight castle wasnt that bad. build on a flat plate, the novel concept of the second floor, and a murder hole!

granted the color scheme sucked and a solid gate would have been nice.

and the witches magic manor was a cheap BURP pack with some light grey

And a base plate! Ever since then we get these thick bricks as baseplates instead.
